We have a "leave at your door if nobody answers the door or call" policy. Our friendly delivery staff will ring your doorbell twice and/or call you twice before leaving your order at your door. A photo will be taken as photographic evidence.
- Photographic evidence for delivery will only be released to the buyer who placed the order.
If you live in a landed-property, we will not leave your order at the gate as unfavorable weather conditions could damage the goods. It will be brought back to Near's store. A customer support staff will contact you to re-arrange for delivery.
