Step 1: E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
- Kindly provide a softcopy of the invoice and/or order number.
- Describe the issue with the product.
Step 2: We will contact you
- A Near staff will be in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days to inform you whether if your product is protected under the warranty.
- If the product is warrantied, A Near staff will e-mail / Whatsapp you to arrange for delivery.
- Please make sure that the faulty product is ready for an exchange on the date of delivery to complete the product exchange process.
