You have 2 options:
Either contact Near directly for the exchange at email@example.com or;
Via your ID directly and they will notify us of the exchange. Our partnering IDs are able to diagnose faults.
Should you choose to make the product replacements via your ID, we will liaise with your ID to deliver the replacement set(s) to your address. The rules of product exchange is as follows:
1) Faulty product(s) must be ready for an exchange on the date of delivery in order to complete the exchange process.
2) Your contact information and address will be provided to us by your ID in the event nobody answers the door.
3) If nobody answers the door even after calling, or if the product is not ready for exchange within 5 minutes, our delivery staff will not complete the exchange.
